What is the ELC Scheme?
The Ministry of Defence’s Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme promotes lifelong learning by providing financial support to service members. Covering up to 80% of course fees for qualifying individuals, the scheme helps fund nationally recognised qualifications at Level 3 or above, enabling a smooth transition into new career opportunities.
