We are a national company dedicated to providing world-class pre-hospital care, event management and education. We are more than just a service provider. We are a team dedicated to supporting our NHS Ambulance Services, providing quality education to those pursuing a career in the ambulance section or supporting clinicians to further their education and safeguarding the health and well-being of your event attendees and artists while creating a safe and well-managed environment for our workforce to excel.
We supply medical cover for an array of venues and racecourses throughout the UK as well as providing ongoing support for the NHS through our frontline division.

Our journey began in 2003 with a vision to revolutionise event medical cover services across the UK. We have set an ambitious target to reduce our directly controlled carbon emissions by 5% annually, with a goal of achieving an 80% reduction between 2028 and 2032 and ultimately reaching net zero by 2040.
To achieve these goals, Medicare EMS is implementing a range of initiatives, including enhancing energy efficiency across our facilities, adopting sustainable procurement practices, and forming partnerships with eco-friendly suppliers. We are committed to providing a learning environment to suit individual needs. Whether you are new to the pre-hospital care industry or wanting to continue your learning journey we will have a course for you. From being in the centre of the pitch in a busy football stadium to treating a patient in an underground tube station, our immersive suite is designed specifically for pre-hospital care and training. This allows for human factors to be including in our education to ensure you have a realistic experience in a safe environment.

We’re running a free introduction day to give you the chance to get an in depth feedback and get a feel for driving an ambulance.
If you are curious about blue light driving but want to explore it in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. This is not blue light driving training, there’s no pass or fail, and no expectations. Instead, it’s a chance to:
• Get behind the wheel of an ambulance
• Understand how an ambulance handles at speed.
• Receive honest, constructive feedback from experienced professionals
• NOTE: There’s no blue light driving involved.
What can you expect?
30-minute ambulance driving session
A practical driving session designed to assess your real-world ambulance driving ability.
Smoothness and vehicle control
We’ll look at how smoothly you handle the vehicle, including steering, braking, acceleration, and overall control.
Driving experience and confidence level
An assessment of your current driving experience, confidence behind the wheel, and suitability for emergency vehicle operations.
Situational awareness and information gathering
We’ll observe how you read the road, anticipate hazards, process information, and maintain awareness of your surroundings while driving.
If you’ve ever thought about CERAD Level 3 but felt unsure or wanted a confidence check first, this is the perfect place to start.
