Collaborative planning with organisers to understand the site, audience, schedule and expected medical demand.
Evidence-led input into medical risks, resource requirements, mitigations and escalation planning.
Visible medical teams embedded across key areas including entrances, bars, stages, camping and welfare zones.
Structured response to incidents, with clear communication, role allocation and safe escalation routes.
Fit-for-purpose treatment spaces for assessment, privacy, clinical care and observation where required.
Defined lines of command, reporting routes, shift leadership and situation updates throughout the event.
Festivals are dynamic environments. Crowd movement, weather, alcohol, camping, long operating hours, uneven terrain and complex site layouts all affect medical demand. Medicare EMS builds medical cover around the event, not a generic staffing template. Our approach supports safer events by combining clinical planning, operational delivery and live situational awareness.
First Response Emergency Care (FREC) is a range of pre-hospital courses developed by awarding body – Qualsafe. Widely used by many private and NHS ambulance services. FREC offers a progressive route from First Responder right through to “Technician” and Paramedic level.
We work with a variety of client across a range of different sectors.

For larger festivals and high-footfall events, Medicare EMS can provide fully planned medical tent and treatment centre setups designed around your site, audience size and operational needs.
We listen to your requirements, review the event type, audience profile, licensing context, site layout and operating hours.
We help build a medical cover plan, staffing model, communication structure and escalation approach that fits your event.
Our teams and assets are mobilised, briefed, positioned and integrated into the wider event operation.
We deliver cover during the event, coordinate incidents, maintain records and capture learning for future improvement.
