Julian Rhodes, Chief Operating Officer at Medicare EMS, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our wide range of apprenticeship programmes.
With an extensive background in healthcare leadership, including serving as National Chair during the introduction and development of apprenticeships across NHS Ambulance Services in England, Julian has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of the sector. He has also provided consultancy support to the Welsh Ambulance Service during their initial apprenticeship implementation journey, further demonstrating his leadership and industry influence.
